The privacy of our clients is of paramount important to us. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, maintain and discloses information about out clients and employees. We subscribe to the principles of the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988 (as amended 2006). Both our internal policy and the Act may be amended from time to time as circumstances and legal requirements dictate.

Information We Collect

This may include some or all of:  name, address, contact details, date of birth, passport details, visa or residency status, income, educational, career and health details.The provisions of the Privacy Act restrict the collection of sensitive personal information such as racial, ethnic, political, religious sexual preferences. We will not normally collect sensitive information unless specifically required, and in any case, we will not collect this information without prior approval.

How We Use The Information

Any and all information collected is used only to provide services on behalf of our clients and employees.

Disclosure Of Information Collected

We will not disclose any information unless

  • Obliged to do so by law and/or
  • We have your express consent

When you submit a resume to us, you are giving us permission to submit this to potential emloyers on your behalf.

If you are aware of any employers to which we should not submit your resume, please let us know this, and we will honour your request.

It is our business practice that we will not submit your resume without first attempting to contact you to let you know what we are doing. This of course may not be possible in every case, it all depends on our ability to contact you.

If we cannot contact you, and you have not indicated that we do not submit your resume to a particular employer, we will go ahead and submit on your behalf.

Security Of Information Collected
  • All information collected is held on our secure servers, and unavailable to all but a limited number of internal staff. All reasonable steps will be taken to protect information from misuse, loss and unauthorized access, modification and disclosure.
  • We will take reasonable steps to destroy information in a secure manner if it is no longer required by us, or it is requested that the information be destroyed. The exception to this is where legal obligations demand the retention of information.

Breaches Of Policy

  • Any perceived breaches of this policy will be investigated immediately on us being made aware of an issue.
  • All complaints will be responded to within 14 days, with a 5 day target for response.
  • All justified complaints will be resolved.
  • We will maintain our high standards of performance, services and client care in every case.
