All Aspects Recruitment & HR Services are seeking applicants for our client requiring administration support in their Metering team.
Ensure the provision and promotion of a high-quality standard of data and client services to meet the expectations and requirements of external and internal customers and contractors. This position works in a small multi-skilled team ensuring cyclic and special reads for internal and accumulation reads are completed and processed on time, and quality checks are carried out for accurate provision of data to Electricity and Water Retailers.
- Scheduling meter reading for NT with accurate data entries and maintained on computer systems and ensure deadlines are met for activities
- Maintain and promote high stand of quality customer service and timely
- Participate with review, development and implementation of metering services
Essential:
- High level and tech-savvy to learn systems quickly
- Remain focused and efficiency to complete repetitive tasks
- Reliable with consistent attendance
