Recruitment Officer
All Aspects Recruitment & HR Services are currently seeking a Recruitment Officer & Trainer for a 2-3 month contract.

Period – 2 to 3 months
Duties:
- End to end Recruitment process
- Assist Hiring Managers with the process including providing advice on the CoP Recruitment procedures and best practice.
- Draft contemporary advertisement
- Be the contact person and manage communications between applicants, hiring managers and other parties about the status of the vacancies
- Support the hiring manager (chairperson) in drafting election reports
- Preparing recruitment reports.
- Undertake new employees’ induction
- Ensure the employee information system HR Subscribe is updated for recruitment, employees, and training.
- Coordinate Learning and development for the Client.
- Manage the Learning Management System
What we are looking for:
- Recent practical work experience in HR specially around recruitment, training, and development
- Demonstrated ability to engage in a very diverse workforce and high-level communication skills
- Experience in working in HR Systems and ability to develop reports and support the interpretation and analysis of data to gain workforce insights.
- Demonstrated organisational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines
