Indigenous Business Support Officer - NT

We are recruiting for an Indigenous Business Support Officer

Are you passionate about supporting Indigenous communities and helping businesses grow? We’re looking for a dedicated Indigenous Business Support Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with Indigenous clients and communities
• Assess business needs and develop tailored business plans
• Provide mentoring and coaching to Indigenous business owners
• Assist with accessing funding and business resources
• Facilitate networking and partnership opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with Indigenous communities or strong knowledge of Indigenous culture and business practices
• Business experience or relevant industry knowledge
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Able to work effectively in small teams and under pressure
• Cultural awareness and understanding of Aboriginal business challenges
• Comfortable engaging at all levels of the community
• Valid driver’s license and NT Ochre Card
• Willing to undergo a criminal history check
