WE'RE RECRUITING: Project Officer (Complaints)

Location: Darwin

Pay: $50.38

We're recruiting a Project Officer (Complaints) to support stakeholder engagement and ensure respectful, timely responses to sensitive complaints — particularly those impacting Traditional Aboriginal Owners under the ALRA Act 1976 and relevant federal legislation.

Your Role:

• Help manage stakeholder complaints and ensure timely, respectful resolutions
• Track and coordinate responses under the Complaint Policy
• Provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain and update complaint records in key systems and databases
• Support general Branch admin and related duties
