ALL Aspects Recruitment & HR Services are currently recruiting for a Procurement Business Partner for their facilities services company in Darwin, NT.

About The Role:

Reporting to the Category Manager, this role focuses on coordinating and advising on all aspects of the procurement process to ensure the achievement of compliant and commercial procurement outcomes for the client company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert advice to contribute to decision making and strategic direction in procurement in accordance with the client’s procurement framework and rules
  • Assist with the preparation of quality market approach documentation for all complex procurement activities including industry engagement, facilitating legal review and complaint management
  • Provide leadership and relationship management to ensure team members work collaboratively and contribute to achieving the accreditation standards and business outcomes on time and to client/stakeholder expectations
  • Consult and negotiate on the development, delivery and evaluation of procurement strategies and activities
  • Develop and implement plans and strategies to meet business needs, enhance stakeholder engagement and challenge/motivate providers to optimise service outcomes
  • Provide authoritative advice to key stakeholders on all aspects of the procurement function to encourage innovative practices, achieve delivery of business outcomes and support policy directions.
  • Apply the procurement governance and risk management framework to ensure compliance, manage risk and improve procurement activity and performance.

Essential Requirements:

  • Demonstrated high level of commercial awareness and analytical skills
  • High level motivation, initiative and drive to progress work including the ability to reimplement, and document improved work practices, as well as contribute to policy development
  • High level interpersonal and communication skills conducive to maintaining open and effective relationships with stakeholders, industry and clients
  • Advanced problem solving, planning, organisational and decision-making skills
