HSE Project Coordinator

Location: Darwin, NT
High Hourly Rate | 6 Month Contract | Immediate Start

We’re seeking a highly capable HSE Project Coordinator. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and apply audit/compliance check criteria aligned with NT Government (DIL) standards
• Conduct deep-dive audits of supplier and internal HSE compliance and reporting
• Support procurement and contractor management for HSE initiatives
• Assist in building HSE reporting dashboards (Power BI) and data transfer
• Plan and map HSE project priorities and execution pathways
• Contribute to organisational charting and realignment activities
• Lead or support audits, inspections, and assessments to drive continuous improvement
• Investigate compliance issues, identify root causes, and document corrective actions
• Help build a strong culture of HSE performance and excellence

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong background in project coordination and HSE compliance
• A good understanding of ISO45001
• Experience with Microsoft Suite and data reporting (Power BI an advantage)
• Proven auditing, planning, and documentation skills
• Ability to analyse data trends to support decision-making
• Contract and stakeholder management experience
• Sound understanding of industry regulations, standards, and risk frameworks
• Excellent communication, cultural awareness, and relationship-building skills
• NT Driver’s Licence (or ability to obtain)
